Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options for UK orders:

• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £50
• Standard Shipping – £3.99 on orders under £50

Courier & Delivery Times We ship all orders via Evri. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Order Tracking Where applicable, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

International Shipping We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned!
